Dragon Fireworks, along with Parente of Italy, and Göteborg FyrverkeriFabrik of Sweden, were invited as honorary exhibitors in the 2023 Pohang International Fireworks Festival. It was a great honor being part of the fireworks exhibits leading to the grand finale of Hanwha Fireworks of South Korea.

Dragon Fireworks affiliate DroneTech presented the Philippines' largest drone lights show at the final leg of the torch run during the 2019 30th Southeast Asian Games.  We are honored to be a part of history as the first ever drone show provider for the Southeast Asian Games.

We are very pleased to share that Dragon Fireworks was awarded the Vestale d'Argent and the public prize in the recently concluded 2018 champion's edition of the Festival of Pyrotechnic Arts in Cannes (Le Festival d'Art Pyrotechnique), one of the world's largest and grandest international fireworks competitions.  The display was programmed with more than 7,500 cues, and featured the biggest finale in the history of the competition.

DFI has made history once again, with the Philippines becoming the first Asian country to be awarded the competition Vestale, in addition to being the first country in the world to win in both the Montreal and Cannes international fireworks competitions - the two largest fireworks competitions in the world - in the same year.

We would like to thank everyone who helped us realize our display. Team Dragon was comprised of Filipinos with assistance from technicians of 6 other countries as follows:

It is with great pride that we announce that the L'International des Feux Loto-Québec, has granted Dragon Fireworks the Gold Jupiter and best soundtrack award for 2018 for our debut piece entitled “Of Games and Thrones.” Team Philippines had to overcome hurdle after hurdle to mount our biggest show to date, with over 9,525 cues. As the first Southeast Asian entrant in the 34-year history of the Montreal International Fireworks Competition, and the first Asian Gold Jupiter winner in the prestigious, long-running competition after 26 years, we are humbled by this huge honor, and at the same time, very proud to bring glory to our country!

We are very proud to announce that Dragon Fireworks will be representing the Philippines in one of the world's most admired international fireworks competitions - the 2018 L'International des Feux Loto-Québec in Montreal.  Presenting our entry entitled, "Of Games and Thrones" - a show that combines the two different worlds of gaming and royalty. Scratching below the surface, games and thrones coincide in sharing the same goal of rising above great challenges.

Fireworks heavyweights Apogee (Canada), Dancing Fireworks (China), Howards and Sons (Australia), Pyrotecnico (USA), and steyrFire (Austria) will be competing for the Gold Jupiter in this edition of the competition as well.

In commemoration of the sixty years of friendship between Japan and the Philippines, a grand pyromusical will be held at the Ynares Center at the Rizal Capitol in Antipolo City.  This is made possible primarily by Japanese philanthropist Kenji Mori, the government of Japan, Governor Rebecca Ynares, and Antipolo City Mayor Jun Ynares.  We look forward to making this a truly memorable event!

Dragon Fireworks and Melrose Pyrotechnics USA were invited to be part of the Seoul Fireworks Festival Exhibition in Seoul, South Korea, last October 3, 2015.  In addition to Korean and Western pop songs, DFI utilized a slew of OPM songs by Bamboo and Rivermaya.  Here are some photos taken during the show preparations!

“The magnitude of victory lies in the greatness of the competition”.

With this year’s competition line-up featuring several of the world’s most recognized and renowned fireworks companies, Dragon Fireworks is proud to have placed 1st Runner-up in the Silver Jubilee 25th Anniversary Special Edition of the Hannover International Fireworks Competition.

Participants in the competition included Pyroemotions of Italy, Pirotecnia Ricardo Caballer, S.A. (Ricasa) of Spain, Göteborg FyrverkeriFabrik of Sweden, Suomen Ilotulitus Oy of Finland, and Dragon Fireworks of the Philippines.

With our themed entry “It’s Time… A Sky Full of Stars”, the Philippines bagged another gold trophy today at the long-running Flammende Sterne (Flaming Star) International Fireworks Competition in Ostfildern, Germany! The results of the competition were as follows:

Dragon Fireworks was invited to do show programming for the Peng Hu Ocean Fireworks Festival in Taiwan, using the festival’s supplied fireworks effects. The Peng Hu Bay Fireworks Festival is held to welcome the summer season and highlight the peak tourism period in the region.

Dragon Fireworks bags 1st place and show of the day awards at the Pyronale World Fireworks Championships at the Olympiastadion in Berlin, Germany, becoming the first ever Asian company in history to conquer the prestigious European Fireworks competition.

This year's contestants featured renowned fireworks display competition winners such as JoHo Pyro of Finland, Mirnovec Pirotehnika of Croatia, Surex of Poland, Kanellopoulos Fireworks of Greece, and Pirotecnia Zaragozana of Spain.  A huge congratulations to the team!

Dragon Fireworks will be lighting the skies of the Solomon Islands from the 1st to the 14th of July, 2012, on the event of the 11th Festival of Pacific Arts.  Nightly pyromusicals will be seen in Honiara to honor the 27 participating Pacific island countries and territories.  We are honored to showcase our world-class Philippine-made pyrotechnic products, fireworks designs, and industry expertise for this momentous occasion.
